The main electronic service provided by the Seller is enabling the Buyer to place an order in the Store, resulting in a sales contract. No account is required to place an order.
If the Buyer creates an account, the Seller also provides the service of account creation and maintenance. This account stores Buyer data and order history. Login requires an email address and password.
Account creation is done via a registration form. The Buyer can delete the account at any time via the control panel or by contacting the Seller. Deleting the account does not delete past order information, which may be stored until the limitation period expires unless the Buyer objects and the Seller has no overriding interest in retaining the data.
Services are provided electronically free of charge. However, the sales agreements concluded through the Store are paid.
The Seller strives to ensure proper Store operation. Any issues should be reported to the Seller.
The Seller implements technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk level to ensure data and service security.
Complaints regarding Store operation may be submitted via email to kontakt@securedstuff.pl or through a form on the website. Complaints should include the issue and date of occurrence. The Seller will respond within 14 days.

Orders are placed via a form after adding products to the cart. Necessary delivery and contact information must be provided, and delivery and payment methods selected. Accepting the Terms is required.
The order process ends when the Buyer clicks the final confirmation button, which constitutes a sales agreement.
A confirmation email is sent after placing an order.
If the Buyer requested an invoice, it will be sent electronically.
Orders missing required details (name, delivery address, phone number) may be canceled.
To change or cancel an order, contact kontakt@securedstuff.pl. The Store may cancel orders without reason, ensuring a prompt refund.

If online payment is chosen, the Buyer is redirected to the payment gateway. For bank transfers, instructions are displayed after confirmation. Payment should be made within 24 hours.
The Buyer must provide accurate personal data. False data may lead to order suspension, and the Buyer will be contacted for clarification.

An order is considered fulfilled once it is handed over to the courier.

A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, from the date of receiving the goods.
From January 1, 2021, this right also applies to sole proprietors making purchases not of a professional nature.

To withdraw, the Consumer must send a clear statement (e.g., by email or mail).
The deadline is met if the notice is sent before it expires.
The Consumer must return the product within 14 days unless the Seller offers to collect it. The Consumer bears the return shipping cost.
