The customer has the right to return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Please include the completed return/exchange form in the original packaging of the returned product.
If the form is not included with the returned product, please note that we may withhold the refund until we receive the necessary details either digitally or on paper.

In the case of returns, once we receive the product in undamaged condition, you will receive confirmation of the return process starting, and your payment will be refunded using the indicated payment method within 14 days of receiving your return shipment.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery return shipments!
